The participants of the activity included officials of Fundacion Paniamor, and those participants and actors who are key in the development of institutional politics regarding the juvenile penal system. These participants included actors from the Judicial Department, civil service organizations and promoters of juvenile penal politics within the country.

The dynamics of the activity revolved around a public debate where experiences were shared on the topic, the specific treatment for the population, the adolescent visualization on their second opportunity at life, on the projection towards other related themes and general knowledge about this institutional access politics as a potentially at risk group.
