During the XX Anniversary of the Convention for Children’s Rights a workshop was developed focused on this population. The main objective of the activity was to follow up on the theme of juvenile sexual offenders and the psychological approach from the legal duty on health about this particular segment of the population.

Dr. Phil Rich, a specialist in this topic from the Stetson Center located in Massachussetts, United States of America gave the workshop to 16 social workers and 11 psychologists from around the country who work with this group.
